We run two operations under one roof: weekly lawn routes all summer, subscription snow plowing all winter. Different crews, different seasons — one standard. You get an alert before we arrive, a record of every visit, and a written guarantee on the snow side with an actual remedy attached.
We publish our lifetime numbers, including the misses, because "trust us" is cheap and receipts aren't. Same reason we'll tell you plainly what a plan doesn't include, put the line in writing, and share our routing savings back with your street through the Buddy System instead of pretending discounts fall from the sky.
