Your driveway sets the number
We measure the square footage and the price follows it. A short driveway to a two car garage in a Midtown neighborhood is the cheapest thing we plow. A long driveway with a turnaround and a parking pad is not.
Anchorage adds one wrinkle. A lot of the driveways people want plowed are on the hillside, and hillside driveways are longer, steeper and hold more snow because the elevation gets more of it. Those cost more, and we tell you that on the quote instead of surprising you in January.

Why Anchorage is a route question
We are based in the Valley. Our Anchorage trucks run set routes, and a route only works when the driveways on it are close together. So the honest answer to "do you plow my street" is that it depends on whether a route already runs near you or enough of your neighbors sign up to start one.
That is not a brush off. It is the reason we can promise a driveway gets done before morning. A truck that is criss crossing the whole city cannot promise anybody anything.

Because a price list for driveways is never the real number. Every company that advertises one flat price has a driveway size that number applies to, and yours is probably not it.
